1. Nature of Service
TierMaster is a fan-made platform where users create game-character tier lists. All character info (images, names, meta) is registered/edited by members; the operator (Hundred Core) handles moderation only.
2. Member Obligations
- No NSFW / offensive / spam / unrelated image uploads
- No uploads that infringe copyright (own work or fair use only)
- Maximum 20 uploads per day
- Violations may result in automatic or operator-judged bans
3. Content Moderation
Images that accumulate 3 reports are auto-hidden, then reviewed by the operator for permanent takedown or restoration. Incorrect character info (name, category, etc.) can be freely edited by other members.
4. Disclaimer
Primary responsibility for the accuracy/legality of user-registered content lies with the uploader. The operator fulfills moderation duties to remove inappropriate content but does not pre-screen all content.
5. Copyright Infringement Reports (DMCA)
Copyright holders requesting takedown of specific content may file at osu355@gmail.com β processed within 24 hours. Include (1) proof of ownership, (2) target URL, (3) contact info.
6. Changes to Terms
These terms may change with prior notice. Continued use after changes constitutes agreement to the new terms.
