Privacy Policy

1. Data Collected

  • Google OAuth sign-in: email, display name, profile image
  • Activity: comments, votes, image uploads, character registrations
  • Bot/spam prevention: anonymous voter_hash (cookie + IP hash)
  • Advertising identifier: Android Advertising ID collected automatically by Google AdMob β€” used for personalized ads and fraud prevention. Can be opted out in device settings
  • Push notification token: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) registration token β€” sent to logged-in members to notify them of comment replies, report outcomes, etc.

2. Purpose

  • Member authentication / activity identification / abuse prevention
  • Moderation of inappropriate content reports
  • Hundred Core unified services (same Google account across sites)
  • Ad serving (covering operating costs, via AdMob)
  • Push notifications (opt-in for members)

3. Storage & Retention

Member data is stored on Supabase (US-based SaaS, Seoul region instance) for as long as the account is active. On deletion request, data is permanently removed within 30 days (except where law requires retention of specific logs). Anonymous voter_hash is auto-deleted after 90 days.

4. Third-party Sharing & Processors

No third-party sharing except as required by law. Data processors: Supabase (data storage), Google (OAuth auth, AdMob ads, FCM push), Vercel (web hosting). Each vendor’s privacy policy is available on their respective site.

5. User Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing of your data at any time. Email osu355@gmail.com β€” processed within 7 business days. You may also delete your account directly via in-app settings.

6. AdMob Disclosure

This app shows Google AdMob banner ads to cover operating costs. AdMob may collect advertising ID, approximate location (IP-based), and device info. Details: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads β€” opt out at Android Settings β†’ Google β†’ Ads β†’ "Delete advertising ID".

7. Character Assets / Copyright

Character illustrations / names / meta info shown on this site are copyrighted by their respective game studios (Project Moon, etc.). This site is fan-made and non-profit. Copyright infringement reports filed at osu355@gmail.com will be processed for takedown within 24 hours.

8. Children’s Privacy

  • This service is not directed at children under 13.
  • If a user under 13 is identified, the account and associated data will be deleted immediately.
