Account & Data Deletion Request

1. How to Request Account Deletion

1. Send an email to osu355@gmail.com with the subject "TierMaster Account Deletion Request".
2. Include the Google account email you signed up with (for identity verification).
3. We verify ownership and process the request within 7 business days, replying with the outcome.

Note: an in-app self-service deletion button is planned for v2. Until then, email requests are the only channel.

2. Data That Will Be Deleted

• Email, display name, profile image received via Google OAuth
• Supabase member profile (signup_source, signup date, etc.)
• Comments authored, vote records, image upload history
• Characters you registered or edited (revision history)
• FCM push notification token (notification delivery records)
• Hundred Core unified-account mapping (Firestore users_by_email supabaseUid)

3. Data Retained (Legal / Operational Reasons)

• Report / moderation logs — anonymized and retained for 1 year to prevent abuse recurrence, then deleted
• Copyright infringement reports — retained 1 year for DMCA proof, then deleted
• Payment records — N/A (TierMaster has no paid features)

4. Partial Deletion Without Removing Your Account

To delete specific data while keeping your account, use the following options.

• Delete a specific comment — in-app: own comment → menu → "Delete"
• Delete an uploaded image — character page → your upload → "Delete"
• Undo a vote — vote again on the same character; the previous vote is replaced
• For items the in-app self-delete does not cover, email osu355@gmail.com with a partial-deletion request

5. Processing Timeline

Within 7 business days of receipt we verify ownership; within 30 days the data (including backups) is permanently deleted. A confirmation reply is sent to your registered email when completed.
